Thanks for the link. Sorry we never finished the wristlocks mini course last time you were here. If you still have the emails, you might consider going through them with Gabrielle. It’s nice to have friends who will not only tolerate your idiosyncrasies, but even occasionally enter into them.
There’s actually some discussion of all four of the ladies from the Ben-Ezra/ Lansberry households beginning regular self-defense practice sessions. We’ve all agreed we’d like to, it’s just a matter of scheduling–and I’ll have to check and see if I do have those e-mails to give us something to start working on…
