A Road Less Travelled

I am going to miss being in Erie. Yesterday was my last full day and I knew it’s time for me to leave. I didn’t want to stay because this isn’t my home and I feel that in my soul, but I am going to miss my family. My dad who’s just a few blocks away, day-to day life with Adiel and Sunday visits with Elizabeth. I’m going to miss being with my nieces and nephew. I’m going to miss my brothers-in-law; I felt like this visit I really got to know them better.

But it’s time to go and no amount of time will change that sometimes we just need to say “So long”. It’s never goodbye; it’s only so long.
